After your order is booked with PostEx, you will receive or see a tracking number on the order received page. Enter that number on the Track Your Order page.
Can I request an exchange?
Yes, exchange requests should be submitted within 24 hours. Please share your name, phone number, and order details for quick support.
Can I request a refund?
Refund requests can be submitted within 24 hours after dispatch. Requests after this time may not be eligible.
